Dairy, Fruit, Snack Food products and associated Process Development, Food
Safety Systems and Labelling Compliance.
- Two years as Technical Manager Easiyo Products Ltd. Specification development, Product and Process development, Quality Systems and Hazard Analysis. Products include yoghurt dry mixes, toppings, sugar free sweeteners, dry blend yoghurt add inns.
- Two years as Senior Research and Development Technologist Tip Top Ice Cream Co. Responsible for the development of Moritz and Paradiso ice cream novelties, ripples and coatings.
- Four years as Technical Officer and Assistant Production Manager at Kapiti Cheese, Paraparaumu. Responsibility for Ice Cream, Speciality Cream and Value Added Cheese production.
