take on projects throughout New Zealand, as well as in Australia, the Pacific

Our specific strengths is in the following areas:
- Our dairy technologists assist with product development and improvement, dairy process development, nutrition labelling, dairy product sensory analysis. Dairy products include cheese, milk powder, yoghurt, butter, dairy desserts, milk, cultured and fermented dairy foods, flavoured milk, chocolate milk, creams, sports foods based on milk and whey protein, and ice cream.
- Our qualified veterinarian advises on meat company food safety systems based on risk assessment and HACCP.
- Our NZFSA-registered food safety auditors have experience with food manufacturers, food service or food catering, supermarkets and food retailers.
- Our food safety consultants will develop and deliver food safety training targeted to your business.
- Our food microbiologist advises on food hygiene. Process knowledge includes canning, freezing, dairy processing.
- Our food technologists can assist with product, process and packaging development for fish and seafood products, meat products, ready to eat meals, UHT, high and low acid foods, sauces, toppings, fresh chilled and shelf stable fruit and vegetable products, fruit juices, other (low-) acid beverages, confectionary, sports foods, functional foods, dietary supplements and pet food.
- Our food technologists are experienced with all labelling related
projects of foods and dietary/nutritional supplements, and have extensive
experience in nutrition calculation. They can work out how to re-formulate
food products to meet the National Heart Foundation "Pick the Tick" programme
requirements. They can also assist with identifying potential allergen
risks with your ingredients and/or process, and advise on labelling
requirements.
