Food Manufacturing & Production
Specialises in consumer foods and beverages processing systems.
Has skills with coffee and milk-based technologies, consumer foods production, packaging and material handling systems.
Effective liaison with Local Authorities and the processes for preparing documentation for Building Consents, through project implementation, to CPU's and closing out of Code of Compliance Certificates and CoA's.
Lead roles in project site safety and facilitating OH&S site activities.
Provides project concept and design, develops and manages project phases from concept to commissioning, creates and manages project timelines, successfully completes critical steps of both New Zealand and internationally based projects.
Provides the engineering lead in manufacturing process improvements

Is experienced in Process Control systems design.

Post Graduate Diploma of Dairy Science and Technology, Massey University
Diploma of Business Management, Auckland University
Membership - MIPENZ (Institute of Professional Engineers New Zealand)
